Digital strategy

Strategy means deciding what not to spend on

We audit your account, market and economics before a dollar moves, then hand you a plan built on numbers, with honest answers about what will not work.

What's included
  • Offer and unit economics review
  • Full account, tracking and funnel audit
  • Competitor and market analysis
  • Channel selection with reasoning
  • Prioritized 90-day roadmap
  • Execution by the team that wrote it, if you want it
Part 01

Watch before you strike

Our process starts with the step most agencies skip because it is not billable enough: watching. Before any campaign launches we study your offer economics, your account history, your market and your competitors. The panther on our logo is not decoration; it is the operating principle. A predator that chases everything catches nothing.

The output is a written strategy you could take anywhere: where your growth actually comes from, which channels fit your margins, what to fix before spending and in what order.

Part 02

What a strategy engagement covers

Unit economics first: what a customer is worth, what you can afford to pay for one, and what that implies for channel choice. Then the audit: ad accounts, tracking, funnel and content, benchmarked against what we see across the markets we work in. Then the plan: a prioritized roadmap with the reasoning shown, not a slide deck of adjectives.

Where the numbers say a channel will not work for you yet, the plan says so plainly. Telling you what not to buy is most of the value.

Part 03

Strategy that has bought its own media

Every recommendation comes from people who spend real budgets weekly. We have scaled accounts through the hardest auctions in advertising: tax debt, insurance, home services, and carried those lessons into e-commerce, launches, SaaS and local services. Strategy divorced from execution drifts into theory; ours is checked against live accounts every day.

Part 04

From plan to execution, or plan alone

Some clients take the strategy and run it with their own team; the document is built to survive that handoff. Most have us execute it, because the same people who wrote the plan then own its results, and there is nowhere for accountability to hide. Either way, the plan is yours.

Questions we hear about digital strategy

Is the strategy call the same as this service?

The free strategy call is where we look at your numbers and give a first honest read. A strategy engagement goes deeper: full audits, economics modeling and a written roadmap you own.

What if the plan says not to work with you?

Then that is what it says. If your best next step is fixing your offer, your pricing or your site before spending on ads, the plan will tell you, because a client who wastes budget on our advice does not stay a client.

How fast do we get the roadmap?

The audit and roadmap typically land within the first two weeks of an engagement, and execution can start the week after sign-off.

Tell us what you sell. We will bring the plan.

One call. We look at your numbers, tell you honestly what we would do, and you decide if we hunt together.
