Our definition of social media marketing
Plenty of agencies sell social media as an aesthetic: a tidy grid, a content calendar and a monthly report about engagement. We come from direct response, so our definition is blunter: social platforms are the largest attention auction in history, and the job is converting that attention into customers at a cost your margins can love.
That means paid social sits at the center: Meta for scale and precision, TikTok for creative-led discovery, Snapchat for reach the other platforms miss. Organic presence supports it, because buyers check the profile before they trust the ad.
